Terms of Service

By using our AI-assistant services ("Service") you agree to these terms:

1. Scope. We create and host custom AI chat assistants for your business.
2. Accuracy. AI outputs are probabilistic; verify critical information before acting.
3. Payments. Fees are due in advance of deployment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. License. You receive a non-transferable license to use the assistant on your own website or channels. Resale or redistribution is prohibited without written consent.
5. Liability. We are not liable for lost revenue, data, or indirect damages arising from Service use. Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed one month of fees paid.
6. Termination. Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice; no refunds for the current billing period.
